I was referred to your company by David Shindler, one of the owners of Fire and Flood Restoration Specialists. This was after water had backed up through my basement drain and flooded my basement, half which was finished. You responded promptly and I was able to schedule a serviceman to come out and clean out my drain, as well as check the other drains in my house. The best part is that your serviceman, Rob, came before I left for work (around 7:30 am). He asked for my cell phone as he let me know what he was working on. He called and asked permission to check and clean out the upstairs drain as well. I was so impressed and pleased with your service that I wanted to let you know.

Thank you again for your kind and prompt service. I am happy to recommend your company to friends, family, and colleagues. And I know that I will see you again in the fall for the recommended annual clean-out of pipes that lead to the sewers!

Recently our tub decided to stop draining. We tried to rod it ourselves, only to create a smelly gooey mess similar to the la Brea tar pits. We called in the professionals, and of course he (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) took care of the problem. The reason I am writing this is to commend your companies’ philosophy and the customer service we experienced that we thought had died. This serviceman had been out to our house before and had been courteous, neat, helpful and professional-but this time he went over the top, he cleaned up my mess!!! In the tub on the walls, the floor. I couldn’t believe my eyes-I was told that this is the way your company works. I still can’t believe that he took the time to perform this service.
